All apartments have sea view and beside the complex you can find a heated swimming pool for all renters. Each apartment has a private parking place and an outdoor box on the ground floor for surfboards and bicycles. Under the supervision of the service of historical monuments, the various buildings were restored with great care and meet all modern requirements in terms of (sound) insulation.
The apartments are located on an extremity surrounded by the sea, in-between two beaches: A family beach sheltered down the rocks, protected of the wind and, secondly, a sportier beach known for its favourable conditions for surfing. Next to the beach it is also possible to play mini golf and take boat sailing or canoe lessons, which can also be rent. On the beach there is plenty of space for the children to play and the municipality organizes annual games, thereby there are also babysitting groups such as Mickey club.

St Lunaire, near Dinard, is a large resort on the north coast of Brittany. St Lunaire is a seaside resort meaning that it welcomes travellers since ancient times. Russian tsars, or at least their daughters went there in summer round 1900 for three months. The sea is relatively fresh explaining a much smaller number of bathers than on the south coast, and thankfully the cost has been well preserved. The area where the apartments are is protected and all along the coast there is no longer any building permission. Throughout the decades Saint Lunaire’s beaches have received families and you will encounter a lot of impressive homes with relatively affluent families.
The view of the apartments differs, but all have sea view. When you leave the residence you just have to cross the street and go down a stairway to get on the beach.
Beside the complex there is a swimming pool shared with all the renters and a private parking space for each plus abox outside for bikes / surfboards, etc.

For young people, in addition to all the sportive challenges, there are a variety of bars and a famous disco on the edge of the rocks that Hugh Grant has taken under his wings.

Daily boats go toCézembre, an island off the coast where one can find a single restaurant where the Rolling Stones, among others, came to eat fish from time to time.
